Hostel Rules & Regulation

.Ragging is strictly prohibited in any form; if someone is found guilty, severe action will be taken.

.Study hours timing in the evening 6pm-7pm.

.Students will not be allowed to use any heavy electric appliances in the hostel.

.Visitors can visit the students only on Sunday from 9am to 5pm in the visitor's room only.

.Students' dining hall timing; Breakfast -07:00 AM to 08:30 AM, Lunch - 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM. Refreshment time: 05:30 PM to 06:00 PM and Dinner - 08:00 PM to 09:00 PM

.Relatives or parents are not allowed in the hostel without permission.

.Day scholars are not allowed to stay in the hostel.

.Students are not to keep extra money or anything costly in the hostel. Management is not responsible for its loss whatsoever. If any student lost it.

.Without prior information, the authorities have the right to search the hostel or students' personal belongings at any time to maintain the discipline and decorum of the hostel.

.Students will be sent home, with the parents/guardians (whose photograph is being given to us in the visitor list) once in two months for a maximum period of two days.

.Leave will not be granted to any student until and unless there is a genuine emergency.

.Students should be modestly dressed inside & outside the campus during the course of their study.

.Students will not be allowed to use mobile phones inside the reading rooms.

.Students are not allowed to waste food and drinking water.

.Students are not allowed to carry food to their rooms.

.The students who keep their rooms and surroundings neat and clean are encouraged.

.Students should bring their own articles at the time of joining e.g. blanket & quilt, two-bed sheets, pillow with pillow cover, plastic bucket with mug, stationery items, utensils like steel plates, spoons, glass, etc.

.A complete list of relatives or visitors (with photographs of who will visit you during your stay here, which needs to be duly signed by the father/guardian).

.Letter of permission from a guardian to travel alone.

.Water and electricity are conservative energy and therefore students are advised that lights, fans, and other electrical devices should be switched off when not in use, in order to avoid penal action. Also, every student shall ensure that any water taps are properly closed near their premises, so to avoid any wastage of water.

.Any student involved in damaging the hostel, Intuition & hospital property will be compensated by their security deposit and necessary action will be taken.

.In case of indiscipline in the hostel, after inquiry student may be asked to vacate the hostel immediately.

.Men are not allowed to enter the girl's hostel

.Students are not allowed to consume alcoholic, narcotic drugs or any intoxicating substance in the hostel premises.

.Students are not allowed to arrange any group religious activities in their rooms.

.Students indulging in the use of abusive and threatening language, physical fights, use of force to get unfair act accomplished, etc. will be punished. Further, they are liable to be expelled from the hostel/ Institute.

.Playing music/record player etc. loud enough to cause disturbance to his/her neighbor(s) is prohibited.

.Defaulters will be punished. Repeated acts will render cancellation of the allotment of the Hostel room.

.Teachers & Students are allowed to go on outings every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM only.

.Faculties staying in the hostel block daily outing time is Summer: 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM and Winter: 05:00 PM to 06:00 PM.

.Faculties staying in residential blocks daily outing times up to 09:00 PM.

.Hostel fee 4000/- & 3500/- per month for food and accommodation (T & C applied).

.Payment should be every 3 months once. (Before commencement of the Month).

.Security deposit 10000/-(Refundable after the end of the academic session).

.The management has the right to revise rules & regulations from time to time.
